Working Magic...SELF ESTEEM

With a New Rose Moon this Sunday (5th June) it is a good time to work some of that bippity boppity boo stuff to boost your self esteem.  No matter how confident or courageous a front you put 'out there' to the big ole wide world there will always be a nag of doubt and occasional complete melt down days when your self esteem packs its bags and takes a holiday...I am pretty sure it happens to everyone.

Whether you are 20 years old with the figure of an Amazonian princess or like me a 47 year old worrying about hitting the big 5-0 and dealing with grey hairs, saggy parts and battling the onset of time with a big stick you will have your self doubt days.

Use the energy of this beautiful new moon and the onset of summery sunshine energy to give that self esteem a huge boost and beat the self doubt into submission.

The Magic:

I wrote the word 'self esteem' on a piece of paper and used that as the centre then I charged each herb/spice and crystal that I chose to use with my intent and put them on my altar around the intent paper. I didn't have a plan or design in mind I just used my intuition.

Visualise yourself as you would like to be...

And make sure you then list all your good qualities, because even at your lowest you can find something that you are good at, or a feature about yourself that you like - YOU are beautiful, YOU are fabulous, YOU are amazing and YOU have something to give.
